Science of Mind - I
12 week series - Mondays, 6:30pm - 8:00pm
October 4 - December 20

This class is an introduction to the Science of Mind, based on the teachings of Ernest Holmes, a metaphysical pioneer of the New Thought movement. His work evolved and is responsible for the founding of the Religious Science Church, which today many are called Centers for Spiritual Living.

As there are many grass-root pioneers in the evolution of metaphysics, students will become more familiar with some of the most important names in the movement. From this, a chronology of metaphysical new thought will be better understood.

While the focus will be on the work of Ernest Holmes, attention will be given to the evolving work of Charles and Myrtle Fillmore and the beginning establishment of the Unity movement.

Class will meet in Classroom D, starting Monday, October 4th, 6:30-800 pm.

The book The Science of Mind by Ernest Holmes is required for this class and will need to be purchased separately. The book may be purchased at the bookstore Good For You at Unity Temple or may be purchased from your favorite book seller.

A workbook is included in the cost of the class.
